President Kirk Olson called
the meeting to order at 7:00 PM.
Motion to approve the
July 18, 2001 minutes by Ed Miller with the correction to add Roger
Thistle as an attendee. Seconded by Roger Thistle. Approved.
Motion to adopt agenda by Joan
Weiss. Seconded by Bart Olson. Approved.
Motion to approve Treasurers
Report as printed by Ed Miller. Seconded by Roger Thistle. Approved.

Thanks to Dennis Kirch for
helping Kirk Olson install the new windsock.
Treasurer, Bart Olson
presented the 2002 Budget for approval. Motion to approve by Roger Thistle.
Seconded by Ed Miller. Approved. A copy will be mailed to both the Village and
the Town of Prairie du Sac. Sauk County has a form for their budget and it has
already been completed and mailed.
President Olson will ask Al
Checky for the key to the "tie down money box" as it was deemed to
be the Treasurer's duty to keep the box emptied of any cash that may be
contributed.
Other Business: Kirk Olson
reported that the taxiway blacktop is in need of repair in several locations.
Joan Weiss volunteered to call the Township and find out when they might be
blacktopping at which time we may be able to get a few pails for patching.
President Olson asked if there
were any other business; as there was none a motion to adjourn was made by
Roger Thistle. Seconded by Joan Weiss. Adjourned.
