President Kirk Olson called the meeting to order at
7PM.
Motion to approve the October 18, 2000 minutes by
Weiss. Seconded by Bart Olson. Approved.
Motion to adopt agenda by Miller. Seconded by Thistle.
Approved.
Motion to approve accounts
payable by Miller. Seconded by Checky. Approved.
Only pending accounts
receivable is the tie down charge to Lee King, which has not been paid.
Another effort to locate Mr. King will be made by Bart Olson.
The missing Town of Prairie
du Sac check ($3,400+) from Sauk County to the airport has been located and
will be forwarded to Bart Olson by Joan Weiss.

Treasurer's Report by Miller. Seconded by Thistle. Approved.
Communications: None
A lengthy discussion
prompted by Doyle Curtis ensued regarding a permanent position being created
to ensure that a hangar owner would be on the board because of their
interest and investment in the airport. No decision could be reached. Motion
to table issue for future discussion by Thistle. Seconded by Miller.
Approved.
Vet Clinic Addition: Bart
Olson called the Village of Prairie du Sac and a public hearing has not yet
been scheduled; as soon as they know, they will let us know.
Milton Zech Memorial:
Ordering the memorial bench is still pending. Al Checky will submit catalog
to President Olson and also take the stone inscription verse to the monument
company. The inscription will read: "In memory of Milton Zech, aviation
enthusiast who founded this airport in 1953."
Discussion of voting rights
and duties of President. No changes were made.
President Kirk Olson asked
